This is a problem-solving/solution-sharing style mastermind group.
In each session, we focus on brainstorming solutions to multiple, specific problems brought by members to the group.
We dedicate up to 15 minutes per question and cover at least 4 dynamic questions (equivalent to 4 give and receive rounds) per mastermind event.
An Attendee Volunteers to Ask a Question and dedicates up to 15 minutes to receive answers from the group
Attendees Get 2 Minutes Each to Answer the Question and give their perspective on the situation
After 14 minutes, We Take 1 Minute to Reset, then move on to the next question
Accelerators reject ideas outside their thesis and schedule.
We progress at your pace and nurture your vision into reality.
Incubators sell you office space in exchange for a sense of belonging.

Minimum session length = 60 minutes.
Maximum session length = 2 hours if the energy is high and the majority of the group agrees to keep going. Hop off at top of the hour if you need to.
Guidance for Askers/Receivers:
Question askers are selected using round robin.
Two minutes to ask your question.
Make it a complete, detailed, and thorough because you are not able to answer follow up questions or offer clarifying details in a single round.
However each participant can ask up to two questions per event.
We're all peers here. No one will walk away a customer. So, no pitching.
Guidance for Answerers/Givers:
Everyone is invited to respond.
Each respondent can have up to 2 minutes to answer.
Concise answers = more room for feedback. Give someone else the mic.
If you have a follow-up question or would like to pose a clarifying question, do it. The person you are answering can not answer live but may choose to ask it as their second question or as a question in another session. And you can always setup a 1:1 conversations offline.

General Guidelines:
We stop when everyone's questions have been answered or after two hours. Whichever comes first.
Room locks 5 minutes after the start time. No re-entry if you exit the meeting. If you can't stay the whole time, please only answer questions/give.
Keep it professional. Pitchers will be banned for life.
